This holiday house is situated about 2 km from the center, on the quiet outskirts of Luz.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom.
On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen and a guest toilet. From the living room you have access through two large sliding doors onto the terrace with the swimming pool and BBQ.
Praia da Luz is a very beautiful and popular beach in the Algarve. In the summer time there are enough things to do here, such as trips with a water bicycle, a ride on the banana boat and much more.
There is also a beautiful, palm-lined promenade along the beach, from which you can make a short trip into the center of Luz at any time. And along the promenade are already a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops etc.
Along the coastline you can make very nice walks to Lagos or Burgau.
And for the golfers there is only 4 km away the Boa Vista Golf Resort, and another approximately 6 km is already the next opportunity, the Parque da Floresta Golf Resort.

In front of the house there is a driveway, where you can park your car.
On the side of the house, just behind an iron entrance gate, is the main entrance. There is, from a small hallway, straight on access to the Kitchen, to the left it goes into the living room and on the right side is the staircase to the upper floor.
All rooms have a typical Portuguese furnishing.
For the colder season there is an open fireplace in the living room and it got a TV with portuguese and a couple of english Astra-channels.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer combination, coffee maker, microwave, gas oven, ironing equipment etc.
The ground floor also have a guest toilet.

The staircase from the hallway leads to the upper floor.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
Both bedrooms have large doors to the balcony. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one two single beds.
And here is plenty of storage space in both rooms.

The sun terrace is completely walled and lies south-southeast. So, from sunrise to sunset, always some place to find to enjoy...
On the terrace are sun beds, two tables with adequate seating and a barbecue. The terrace of the house is covered for a bit, there you can hide for a while to cool down and there is also an parasol for the pool area.
