It is very attractive mainly due to the stairs that you always lead to another part of the house or lead back to another terrace. The house has a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. Parking is directly in front of the door and there is no through traffic. The sunny terrace on the lower floor is walled.
Praia da Luz is a charming seaside resort, has a promenade with palm trees and a beautiful sandy beach. Of course, also in Praia da Luz there are shops, restaurants and bars. You can have splendid walks on the rocky paths to Lagos but also to the lovely fishing village of Burgau. The nearest golf course is Boa Vista about 4 km away.

In the hall you enter the cottage, is a top steps to the spacious living room and steps down to the 3 bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms. The living room is nice decorated, has a TV with English channels.
The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, etc. There is an additional fee room where you will find the washing machine.
And also on this floors is a guest toilet.

On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 : is on the north side and has a tiny terrace. This room has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2 : has 2 large single beds 80 cm wide and access to the terrace through a mini-garden which includes a beautiful bougainville growing.
Bedroom 3 : has 2 large single beds which are joined to make a large double.
Through the doors you get directly on the sun terrace and the room has the bathroom en-suite with bath, washbasin and toilet.
All rooms have enough wardrobe space.

Both bathrooms are brand new. The bathroom en-suite has the bath, toilet and washbasin. The other has a large spacious shower, washbasin and toilet.

There are 2 lovely sunterraces. One you reach through the living room, it has a stair to the ground floor terrace, which has direct access to two of the three bedrooms.
