This wonderful apartment is located in the outer area of ​​the golf resorts Parque da Floresta and has a magnificent view over the surrounding hills around Budens. Even the Serra de Monchique you can see from here pretty good.
Budens is a small portuguese village, but has a large supermarket, typical for this region restaurant called Mira Rio, directly on the N125, and since March 2010 also a Indian Restaurant called Samrat, with many delicious dishes from the northern Indian cuisine. More in the center there is the Budea Bar, where you can try snails besides the usual snacks, from April till August. But should the portugal team have a football game that day, which is shown on tv, it might be a little louder. Salema is still a picturesque little fishing village with a small promenade along the beach. And of course, there are several restaurants, bars and shops too. At the end of the promenade, there is still a big place on which the fisher men prepare their boats.

From the entrance hall there is access on the right side to the kitchen and to the living room. The living room is bright and tastefully decorated, and has a fireplace, a TV with english channels, a DVD-Player, a little stereo and access to the balcony. There are a table and some chairs and you have a magnificent view.
The kitchen is equipped with E. hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and coffee maker eg.
In a little additional room is the washing machine and ironing facilities. On this floor there is also a guest toilet.

On the lower floor you will find 3 gorgeous bedrooms. All three rooms are located towards the southeast and two of them have large sliding doors, which give you access to the garden.
The bedroom with bathroom en-suite has two large single beds and the bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet and a wash board.

The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds, with one still has large sliding doors to the terrace.
All bedrooms have ample storage space and the bathroom for two bedrooms has a bath, toilet, bidet and wash board.

If you have enough of just sitting on the balcony, then you can also make use of the swimming pool with a bathing area for children. There are sun loungers and parasols.
The pool is heated from April to November. It is there also a small Pavilion with a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cold.
