The apartments are newly decorated, living room and the balcony is facing south, and is available for up to 4 people.
The living room and kitchen are located on the first floor, the bedrooms and the bathroom are located at ground level.
Praia da Luz is a friendly seaside resort, with a promenade with palm trees and a beautiful sandy beach. Of course, in Praia da Luz you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Along the rocky coast you can walk to Lagos and to the lovely fishing village of Burgau. The nearest golf course is Boa Vista approx 4 km away.

You can reach the access door to the apartment via a small staircase. In the hall, which you enterf first, you have access to the living room, to the kitchen and stairs to the lower floor.
The living room is comfortably furnished, there are a small stereo system with CD - player and a TV with English and German channels. For the colder periods, there are a fireplace and electric heaters.
Via sliding doors you reach the balcony, there is a table, 4 chairs, and you have a magnificent view over a part of the old Praia da Luz.
The kitchen is decorated in the typical Portuguese nostalgic style and is equipped with e.g. microwave, gas stove, fridge - freezer combination and a coffee machine.
And on the lower floor you will find in a small room a washing machine.

With a few steps you reach the lower floor, where the bedrooms and the bathroom are located. Bedroom 1 : has 2 Singlebeds (95x195), with a small Patio,
Bedroom 2 : has 2 Singlebeds (95x195) and there is plenty of storage space in both rooms.
The tiled bathroom has a bath, toilet, shower, bidet and washbasin.

There are electric heaters in the apartment, prices for hibernation on demand.
Your Portuguese hostess speaks English, German, French and of course Portuguese.
