This cozy villa with studio lies between the village Sargaçal and Odiáxere, about 4 km from Lagos.
The villa is available for up to 6 people and with the adjacent studio even for a maximum of 8 persons.
At the back, enclosed by a wonderful garden and a tremendous view over the surrounding area, is the pool from 8 x 5 meters.

Sargaçal is a quiet, not too touristy village. To the east lies Odiáxere, about 4 km from the villa.
Here you find a farmer´s market where you can buy fresh fish and vegetables in the morning and directly across the street there is also a supermarket.
A little further on there is an excellent baker with wonderful bread and cookies and also a wide choice of something more tangy, regional Pastries.
In Odiáxere there´s also a small Dutch shop with a selection of some international products, which are not so easy to find in the supermarkets.

Lagos is a historic and pleasant seaside resort with many large and small beaches. The city center has many shops, terraces, bars and restaurants. It is a very lively city, especially in the summer of course.
For the golfers among you, this is a great place, within 10 minutes you reach the Golf Resort of Palmares and Boa Vista Resort near Praia da Luz is about 15 minutes.
The golf course of Palmares opens again most probably in July, after an extensive modernization.
And if you want to spend most of your time on the beach rather, you have plenty of choices. Porto do Mos, Praia Dona Ana, Praia da Batata or maybe to the beach of Praia da Luz? The nearest beach would be Meia Praia, about 4 km distance.

Villa ATM Comprises :

From the entrance hall of the villa you have direct access to one of the bedrooms. Over an L-shaped corridor you then have access to the other bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
The spacious living room is comfortably furnished, there is a fireplace, a stereo and a TV with, among others, some English channels.
Via sliding doors, you get to the terrace, which is closed by large windows and doors, and thus a splendid opportunity there to relax and enjoy the view.
There is a large table, 6 chairs and a bench.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and microwave eg.

Bedroom 1: has a double bed and a bathroom en-suite with bath, toilet and washing table.
Bedroom 2: has two single beds.
Bedroom 3: has a double bed.
The extra bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing table.

At the front you have adequate parking space. At the back there are 2 large covered terraces where you can just sit around on a hot day.
The pool of 8 x 5 meters, got rounded stairs on the front on which you can sit comfortably and enjoy the views of the Serra de Monchique.
Around the pool there is ample space to enjoy the sun, provided that you are well equipped with sun cream. A sun protection factor of at. 15 is recommended, for children 20.
The villa is situated on approximately 7500m² own ground, the owner also owns a small art studio, about 100 meters from the Villa.

The spacious studio has a living / dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing table. The kitchen is equipped with Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker eg.
Via the kitchen you come directly to the pool.

You can also rent the villa with the studio, without using it, in order to ensure 100% privacy.
Otherwise the studio can be hired independently from the villa by other persons in the same period.
