This large 4 bedroom villa is available for a maximum of 8 persons and is situated between Lagos and Espiche in a small and quiet residential complex. The total property area, including the beautifully planted garden, is approximately 1500m².
Praia da Luz and Lagos are both about 4 km away. Lagos is, of course, as the former capital of the Algarve, relocated after the earthquake of 1755 by the Governor to Faro, with its historical sights and cultural attractions always worth a trip. Also, there is a large number of beaches in and around Lagos, 'Meia Praia' should probably be the best known.
At the marina in Lagos you can book boat trips, either to visit the dolphins, or to make one of the numerous trips to the sea caves offered.
In summer there are many stalls along the boulevard, there number of offers for the more adventurous should probably be enough for a several months long vacation.
In Praia da Luz, there is a nice sandy beach with a beautiful palm-lined promenade where you also find a variety of interesting activities to do. Wave riding, diving and surfing are just a few of them.
If you are interested in playing golf in this region there are some very good opportunities. The Boa Vista Golf Resort is located, for example, on the way to Lagos just about 1 km away from this villa. Then there is also the somewhat more famous Parque da Floresta, about 12 km away. There is a small golf academy too.

The entrance to the villa leads through a large iron gate which operates with a remote control, even from within the house. In front of the house is enough space for several vehicles.
You enter the villa in the lobby with a 6-meter-high, domed ceiling and a large spiral staircase which leads to the second floor.
From the entrance hall you have a hallway to the left, which leads to 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The hallway to the right takes you into the spacious living room with a sumptuous dining area and the connection to the large and fully equipped kitchen.
The transition to the living room already has large French doors which provide access to the sun terrace with the swimming pool.
The living room is homely furnished and has comfortably sofas, stylish pieces of furniture, a fireplace and a large dining table. There is also a large TV with a satellite receiver (english channels), a DVD player and stereo with CD player.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and a variety of cooking utensils.
The washing machine is located in a small room next to the kitchen.

The spiral staircase in the main hall leads to the master bedroom. This room is about 35 square meters, has a spacious bathroom en-suite and two large French doors to the south and north. On the south terrace you overlook the beautiful garden and swimming pool, on the Northern you got a magnificent view of the Serra de Monchique and the surrounding area.

Through the left corridor on the ground floor you can access the remaining three bedrooms wherein one of them has a bathroom en-suite.
This bathroom has a bath with shower, washing table, a toilet and a bidet. The bedroom has a king-size bed and there are large doors through which you carry onto the terrace and swimming pool.
For the two other bedrooms, there is another shared bathroom. These two bedrooms have two single beds each and there is also in both access to the sun terrace. The shared bathroom has a bath with shower, washing table, toilet and bidet.

On the south side of the villa is a sun terrace with a large swimming pool, gorgeous garden and a BBQ. The swimming pool is 10 x 5 meters and is the L-shaped design of the Villa protects it very well against the wind. From March to July and September to November, the cost of the pool heating is included.
From the terrace you also get to the spacious double garage, not about to go to the car, for this was a carport built, there is a tennis table including accessories and also a Dart board. Where all the darts landed we still dont know yet, but so far we do not have any medical bills from the neighbors either. If you are interested in this game it would be advisable to bring your own darts.

Prices in euro per week

For the winter this villa is also available, only is this, due to the high costs for heating this house, very difficult to calculate the extras in advance.
The living room has a fireplace and all the other rooms can be heated with electric heaters.
Cost of course can vary widely depending on weather conditions and are therefore calculated individually.
