This Villa is less than 500 meter from the typical Portuguese village of Budens to the N125. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
If you can hit the golf ball a bit far, you can start at the front door. The entrance to the Golf Resort, Parque da Floresta is at 2 kilometer. Less than 500 meter from the villa you will find the supermarket Ecomarché. In Budens are various restaurants and pubs, some still with old prices for a snack or a drink, such as the Budea Bar or Restarant Mira Rio. In the season you can eat snails every Sunday afternoon in the Budea Bar,... ordered in advance!! .. because you are not the only one who really loves them.
You can make nice trips to Sagres and also towards the Spanish border. To Sagres it is 15 kilometer and the Spanish border is about 150 kilometer.

Villa JJM Comprises :

The interior is simple but everything is there. Coming into the hall, on your left you have the access to the living / dining room there is a fireplace and TV with Portuguese channels. Through the sliding doors you can go to the terrace. In the living room is also a door to the kitchen, it is equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave and a toaster. Through the kitchen you can go back to the hall.

Bedroom 1: has two single beds and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: has a double bed.
Bedroom 3: has a double bed.
Between the second and the third bedroom is the bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The terrace on the south / west side has two sun beds and a small table with chairs. Around the house is about 700 m2 garden, the Portuguese owner uses a part on the east side of the villa to enjoy his gardening.

Prices in euro / week for up to 6 people.

It is possible to spend the winter, there is a fireplace and a mobile gas heater. Prices on request.
