In a quiet residential area of Lagos, you will find this beautiful villa for up to 4 people. Just around the corner you will find the supermarket and it is about 15 a 20 minutes walk to the center of Lagos with its many wonderful shops, lively bars, cafés and restaurants, where you for a reasonable price can eat and drink.
Lagos has various small beaches such as Praia da Batata, Praia Dona Ana and of course the famous Meia Praia.
For golfers, this is a fantastic villa, Boa Vista in Praia da Luz is the nearest golf course. The distance to Parque da Floresta in Budens / Salema is about 15 km. Put on walking shoes .... and you can have beautiful walks, climb and clamber over the rocks and the goat paths along the beautiful Portuguese coastline.

Villa JRD Comprises :

Coming into the spacious hall of this tastefully furnished villa, you have access to all bedrooms, an extra toilet, bathroom and living room with the passage to the spacious luxury kitchen. This is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker and a refrigerator. There is utility room whit an extra fridge, freezer, washer and a dryer.
The living room has sliding doors to the terraces and pool. This area offers a large flat screen TV with all Dutch, some English and many German channels and a DVD player. The TV can also be used as a radio.

One bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom en-suite with shower, toilet and washbasin. The other room has two single beds and this is also a flat screen TV.
In the spacious hall, it is possible to screen off a section creating a 5th sleeping area.

The separate bathroom has a bath, toilet and a washbasin. There is also a separate guest toilet with washbasin.

Through the open doors in the living room is on the attractive terrace with a comfortable wicker sofa. In the garden are lovely spots created where you can lie or sit in the sun or in the shade. Of course you can also simply enjoy a float in the pool of 8 x 4 meters.
