There are floodlit tennis courts and in the villa complex has a playground for children, 10 minutes walk away To the beach of Burgau is approx 5 minutes drive. Burgau is a nice fishing village. The cozy little beach sheltered you from the wind and there is a restaurant on the beach where you take a quiet aperitif or a snack. There are also many restaurants and bars in this pleasant village.
For hikers this area offers many possibilities, how about a nice walk along the coast to Praia da Luz? Would you prefer to make your walk on a golf course, then you have Parque da Floresta, 7 km to the West or Boa Vista, 7 km East, to have your walk.

The living room is furnished with limed oak furniture and for the cooler evenings, there is a fireplace and underfloor heating. There is a TV with English and and lots of other channels, a stereo with CD player and large patio doors to the pool terrace and beautiful garden.
The spacious and luxurious kitchen with a beautiful granite worktop includes all necessary equipment as coffee machine, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer. The washing machine you find in the utility room together with the ironing board and iron.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: has a double bed and a bathroom en-suite with bath, washbasin, toilet.
Bedroom 2: has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 3: has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet.
There is also a separate guest toilet.

The pool has a lovely waterfall and at the deepest point the pool is 2 meter, around the pool there is an area for sunbathing.
There is a large patio area with a gas BBQ, water and a dining table with 6 chairs. Around the villa is a beautifully landscaped garden with a fishpond at the back. There is also a carport and outside there is parking for 6 cars. ( 2 row 3 times )

All rooms are on the ground floor, this Villa is therefore suitable for elderly or people with reduced mobility.
