The villa is located in 520 meters of land, was built in 2002 and has a beautiful view of the Ponta da Piedade. This area is bordered by white sandy beaches, which are protected by the most picturesque rock formations. Also for the golfers among you there are many possibilities, the nearest Golf Course is just 5 km. distance.
Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants and charming historic town of Lagos.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning. This function also as heating (5 units). So you´re assured of perfect temperatures each season.

Villa QRD Comprises :

Ground floor: hall, spacious living / dining room, television, satellite receiver with Dutch and German channels, stereo-set. The kitchen is fully eguipped with cooker, dishwasher, large refrigerator, mircrowave, washing machine. One bedroom with double bed and private bathroom ( bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin). Extra toilet and terraces.

First floor: a marble staircase leads you to 3 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms ( all with bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin). The master bedroom has a double bed (2 meters wide and 2.10 meters long), the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Each bedroom has very comfortable beds, air conditioning and a private terrace or balcony. There is room for a additional cot. In total there are 8 - 9 berths.

The garden is equipped with various sub-tropical plants (including Palmtree, Bougainville) and fruit trees (including grapes, citrus fruit). There is also a herb garden, where you at the BBQ for example, can bring your own dishes on taste . The garden has year-round blooming flowers.
Around the pool are several hammocks where you can enjoy the sunshine. There is also a new wooden dining table with wooden chairs. Of course not missing the BBQ.
