This peaceful villa has a magnificent view over the hilly landscape. You can even see a piece of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a great place for you to come from the normal busy life and yet you want something even more buzz around you, that’s possible! You are only about 750 meters away from the center of the village Mexilhoeira Grande, a typical Portuguese village, where when the weather is nice, the owner of one of the restaurants just put a sign "forbidden to drive" at the beginning of the street and then put his tables and chairs in the middle of the road. There is a Super Market and even an ATM is not lacking in this cozy village.
Do you want more activities than you can drive to Portimão or Lagos. Both are about 15 minutes drive, with even 5 minuutjes you are on the beach of Alvor or the long sandy beach Meia Praia in Lagos.

Villa RJO Comprises :

If your are in the hall, on your left you will find the first bedroom with bathroom en-suite. The next door is the second bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the pool terrace. Then you are in the cozy and spacious living room. Of course there is a TV with satellite receiver (Dutch and German channels and BBC World), a DVD player and radio is available. The device is provided with a comfortable sofa on one side and the dining table to the other side. Through the living room to get in the kitchen including all modern conveniences such as a large fridge with large freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner gas hob, sandwich machine, etc. There is a small stock room where the washing machine is.

The two en-suite bathrooms have a bath, sink, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 1 : has 2 single beds, air conditioning and sliding doors to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 2 : has 2 single beds that are linked. Also through this bedroom you get through the doors to the pool terrace.
All doors have an extra door to keep out flies and mosquitoes. The beds are comfortable and there is enough wardrobe space.

There are several covered terraces with comfortable seats, all overlooking the pool. The depth ranges from 1.10 to 2.10.
A terrace with sun beds is not lacking.
