- preparation for guests arrival |

|
- dealing with all bills and other post |
|
|
- in an emergency, availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week |

- for extra assistance on the spot, charged at cost |

The following can be arranged: |

- “ meet and greet ” if required |
|
|
- provision of an information pack in the property |
|
|
- collection and return of deposit if applicable |
|
|
- on - call service should your guests require assistance |
|
|
- in an emergency, availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week |
|

- cleaning of the property |
|
|
- laundering of bedding, towels, rugs |
|
|
- provision of welcome pack of food and drink |
|
|
- all minor repairs |

- garden maintenance |

For owners who spend part or most of their time in the Algarve and therefore do not require a full time
property care support service, our team from Aquaris can offer you of course ad-hoc services as required.
