This large 4 bedroom villa with Airco is available for a maximum of 8 persons and is situated between Lagos and Espiche in a small and quiet residential complex. The total property area, including the beautifully planted garden, is approximately 1500m².
Praia da Luz and Lagos are both about 4 km away. Also, there is a large number of beaches in and around Lagos, 'Meia Praia' should probably be the best known.
At the marina in Lagos you can book boat trips, either to visit the dolphins, or to make one of the numerous trips to the sea caves offered.
In summer there are many stalls along the promenade, there are a number of offers for the more adventurous, probably even enough for a several month long vacation.
In Praia da Luz, there is a nice sandy beach with a beautiful palm-lined promenade where you also find a variety of interesting activities to do. Wave riding, diving and surfing are just a few of them.
If you are interested in playing golf in this region there are some very good golf resorts, for exemple, the Boa Vista Golf Resort which is located on the way to Lagos just about 1 km away from this villa. There is also the somewhat more famous Santo Antonio, about 12 km away, where there is a small golf academy too.

Villa CSB Comprises:

The entrance to the villa is through a large iron gate which operates with a remote control, even from within the house. In front of the house is enough space for several vehicles.
You enter the villa in the lobby with a 6-meter-high, domed ceiling and a large spiral staircase which leads to the second floor.
From the entrance hall you have a hallway to the left, which leads to 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The hallway to the right takes you into the spacious living room with a sumptuous dining area and the connection to the large and fully equipped kitchen.
The transition to the living room already has large french doors which provide access to the sun terrace with the swimming pool.
The living room is homely furnished and has comfortably sofas, stylish pieces of furniture, a fireplace, Airco unit and a large dining table. There is also a large TV with a satellite receiver (english channels) and an iPad docking station.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and a variety of cooking utensils.
The washing machine is located in a small room next to the kitchen.

The spiral staircase in the main hall leads to the master bedroom with Airco. This room is about 35 square meters, has a spacious bathroom en-suite and two large french doors to the south and north. On the south terrace you overlook the beautiful garden and swimming pool, on the Northern you got a magnificent view of the Serra de Monchique and the surrounding area.

Through the left corridor on the ground floor you can access the remaining three bedrooms wherein one of them has a bathroom en-suite.
This bathroom has a bath with shower, washing table, a toilet and a bidet. The bedroom has a king-size bed and there are large doors through which you carry onto the terrace and swimming pool.
For the two other bedrooms, there is another shared bathroom. These two bedrooms have two single beds each and there is also in both access to the sun terrace. The shared bathroom has a bath with shower, washing table, toilet and bidet. All bedrooms have an Airco unit, which of course on colder days, can also heat.

On the south side of the villa is a sun terrace with a large swimming pool, gorgeous garden and a BBQ. The swimming pool is 10 x 5 meters and is the L-shaped design of the Villa protects it very well against the wind. From March to July and September to November, the cost of the pool heating is included.
From the terrace you also get to the spacious double garage, not about to go to the car, for this was a carport built, there is a tennis table including accessories and also a Dart board.

Pool heating is not included from 25 June to 03 September.
Airco is included from 25 June to 03 September.
