- Very quiet, idyllic location. Beautiful, simple and rustic establishment. Nice for a welcome was the filled fridge - fantastic service. Coffee, Milk, Juice and Co. - everything was there. Who is looking for relaxation, is absolutely right in this place. The house next door does not disturb this! -

- We felt very comfortable in this house. It is a charming property, in which there is much to discover. palm, orange, fig and lemon trees, a water-lily pond and several lounge areas (especially the nice hammock !!!). We could always find a place in the sun. The contact with the lessor was very friendly and uncomplicated. Even the fridge was filled with a small starter package. The house is a great base for excursions to the coast and it is also a quick ride to Lagos. We would rent the House again at any time. -

- We want to thank you very much for the caring 'overall service'. Everything went well and Paul and Anja were simply delightful hosts. A very cute and funny couple - we felt very welcome. We were very pleasantly surprised of course, by your commitment in terms of our well-being and our timely getting up on departure date. Thank you very much again for this.
The only little Problem was the Highway. The first day we were a little shocked how close it really is. When we sat on the terrace, we had a direct view of it and the noise was not to be ignored. We would have been pleased to have a better information about this. But I do not know if we had rented the house then ;-)... So we convinced ourselvs, that it is the sound of the sea and noticed it barely afterwards.
Worth mentioning would be too, that the fridge was filled when we arrived, with some basic food, coffee, fresh bred and some drinks. Just a nice touch!! We felt very comfortable and we recovered very well.
If we will again need an accommodation in Portugal next year (which is quite likely), we know now where we are going... -

- We rented the villa PHL with eight people for a week. Nature pure! Despite the relatively isolated position, we were with the car in a short time in the center of Lagos. The owners of the villa lived in a discrete neighborhood in another little house on this property, but stood available with expert advice on site at any times. The beautiful spacious pool just invites you to swim. The house has several covered terraces, so that we are, depending on time of day and the sun, could always select the right patio to relax. The setting of this villa was for eight people more than generous, e.g. two refrigerators and more then enough seating for indoor and outdoor. -

- Im happy to post a comment that Ive just returned from a week in a villa in Praia da Luz which was managed by MP Property Care Support and is listed as one of their villas to rent.
This villa is in a prime location and truly only 4 minutes’ walk to and from the beach.
It’s comfortable, quiet end of cul-de-sac location – with a private parking bay, has all the equipment (including the most essential items - washing machine and dishwasher!!) you need to feel like a home from home and was perfectly clean upon arrival.
The bathrooms have all been recently refurbished with brand new equipment.
Plenty of hot water so no-one has to wait for the tank to heat up after one person has showered.
There are 2 fabulous terraces to sit out for breakfast, lunch and dinner – plenty of room to entertain other guests if you have friends visiting.
This is ideal for 6 persons.
The management company ensures that someone is at the villa to greet visitors on arrival to confirm that all facilities are explained in detail.
All prior communications were answered effectively and very efficiently – always within 4 hours of sending an email.
Praia da Luz is a very easy village to explore – shops, restaurants and amenities are all within very easy walking distance and the local bus to Lagos (next big town) is efficient and cheap!
Taxis are cheap too and friendly drivers. -
