However, only 10 minutes to the middle of the bustling life of Lagos or Praia da Luz with the many nice shops, bars, terraces and restaurants where you for a reasonable price can eat and drink. Lagos has various small beaches such as Praia da Batata, Praia Dona Ana and of course the widely known Meia Praia. Praia da Luz also has a fantastic beach and you are just 4 km away.
You can enjoy hiking in the unspoiled nature around your holiday house but you can also enjoy a stroll along the rocky coastline, e.g. from Praia da Luz to the small fishing village of Burgau. Or a game on the Boa Vista Golf Resort in Praia da Luz. Also for the horse lovers it is a beautiful place, the ridingcenter Tiffany and the Boa Vista Golf Resort are just 2 km away from the beautiful Villa.
This Villa of course is for you both to rent but also a larger group or even 2 families have enough place in the spacious rooms. Total living area is 210 m².

Villa PHL Comprises :

The interior of the house is nicely and tastefully decorated. The spacious living room has a beautifull high ceiling ( keeps it cool in hot summer month ) and leads directly to the large kitchen.
In the living room is TV with a satellite receiver ( some English Astra channels ) and a stereo system with CD player. Internet connection with router for wireless devices present.

Pass through the spacious hall to the living room with a passage to the large kichen. Here you will find a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerators, electric oven and microwave. From the kitchen you can get on the covered terraces, to the south, with a beautifull panoramic view of the hilly landscape.

Bedroom 1 : with en-suite bathroom has a double bed. In the bathroom a bath, separate shower, double washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2 : has a double bed and one single bed.
Bedroom 3 : has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 : with washbasin and 2 single beds. ( On request a extra bed can be placed in )

The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and double washbasin. And there is also a separate guest toilet with washbasin.

In addition to the house you can see from the partially covered terrace a lovely pool ( 8m x 4m x 1,90 m ) with a sloping decking. Of course, there is also a movable BBQ to prepare a delicious meal on any of the various terraces of the Villa.
